We’re still actively developing our multiplayer mode, and we’re really excited about what’s coming. Keep an eye out — we’ll be releasing it soon, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

The calibration feature no longer exists in our app. We now utilize auto-detection, which can be seen upon entering a certain mode. The mat will be automatically detected by the app and from there, you can set up your mat and tripod correctly.

You can play Golf Daddy on your TV by casting from your phone. Here’s how to get set up:

1. Make sure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network
2. Open the Golf Daddy app and tap the Cast / AirPlay icon
   iPhone: Select your TV using AirPlay
   Android:
   • Select your TV using Chromecast (recommended), or
   • Use your phone’s Screen Mirroring / Smart View feature if Chromecast isn’t available
3. Rotate your phone and enable TV Mode from the in-app menu

Once connected, your gameplay will display on the TV while you continue using your phone for controls.

We work closely with our technical and development team to gather information and resolve app issues. While it may take some time, you can expect an update within 24–48 hours. Putting is handled automatically in the app using our auto-putt system, so you don’t need to physically putt.

To help the mat get detected properly, please make sure you’re in a well-lit area and that both you and the mat are clearly visible on the camera. Avoid shadows, low lighting, or bright backlighting, as these can interfere with detection. Once everything is clearly in view, the system should pick it up much more easily.

To update the app, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), search for Golf Daddy, and tap Update if an update is available. If you don’t see an update option, your app is already on the latest version.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and make sure you’re using the latest version. If the issue continues, contact our Customer Support team with a screenshot or screen recording of the problem, along with your phone model and app version, so we can assist you further.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide replacement mats for issues related to normal wear and tear, as this occurs naturally with regular use. That said, please feel free to send us a clear photo of your mat so we can take a look and confirm whether there’s anything we can assist with.

At the moment, the Golf Daddy is designed for use with irons and wedges only. Unfortunately, drivers and hybrid clubs aren’t supported.
