Not all devices are supported by Golf Daddy. We require your phone to have a slow motion front facing camera which is only available on some mobile devices. All modern iPhones, and some modern Android phones have this available. You can check the full list of supported devices below.
GET STARTED WITH GOLF AT HOME
1. Buy the Golf at HOME
You can only golf at home by purchasing an official Golf at Home unit. Our app does not support any other (even similar looking ones) mats.
3. Setup in a safe spot
Make sure you have enough space to safely take a golf swing without hitting anything or anyone, and so your phone can capture your entire swing on video.
4. Get calibrated
Follow the onboarding flow on the Golf Daddy App to calibrate our swing analysis.
5. Practice on different game modes
Train across fun, challenging game modes that sharpen your fundamentals, reveal your tendencies, and help you build skills that actually stick.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our simulators don’t require a ball but you can use them if you choose. Instead they analyze your swing & impact on golf mat to predict how your ball flew. Simply setup the included Golf Daddy tripod at waist height and film yourself taking a swing onto the mat - our app will do the rest. It is trained on billions of data-points and is almost as accurate as high-end simulators.
No the app is included with any purchase of the Golf at Home. There is addition in app coaching upgrades you can purchase to enhance your playing experience.

Yes — the Golf Daddy Edge is required to use the Coaching Subscription. It’s the device that captures your swing data and connects to the app for your coach to review.
You’ll receive a detailed response from your coach within 24 hours of submitting your swing — often much faster.
Your subscription activates once your Golf Daddy Edge is set up and you take your first swing in the app.
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your access code. Enter that code when you log in to the Golf Daddy app to unlock your coaching plan.
Record your swing through the Golf Daddy app using the included tripod. Each submission is automatically sent to your coach for analysis — no scheduling required.
Yes — you can practice and submit swings from home, the range, or even your backyard. As long as you have your Golf Daddy Edge and the app, you’re good to go.
