Starting with developing ai agents for our golf coaching service copilot. We're seeking extremely talented devs to our fast growing company. Must have experience developing single and multi-agent applications, full stack applications, traditional ML, and computer vision. And you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most average people think possible. Good communication skills are essential. Expect talented, motivated, intense and interesting co-workers. Must be willing to relocate to the Orange County, California area (we will help cover moving costs).

What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy LLM-powered coaching assistants that scale personalized golf instruction for thousands of lessons.
- Retrain and optimize computer vision models for real-time on-device pose estimation, swing analysis, and object detection.
- Integrate synthetic video generation into the coaching workflow to deliver automated, high-quality instructional content.
- Own projects end-to-end across backend, mobile, and frontend to turn R&D into production-ready features.
- Lead high-leverage, high-impact initiatives that drive 10x–100x growth in AI coaching capabilities.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience with LLM agents or similar orchestration tools (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.)
- Hands-on expertise in computer vision (pose estimation, regression, object detection) and model deployment
- Strong full-stack development skills in production environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, rapid execution, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working across multiple domains
- Comfortable working onsite in Irvine, CA
Roadmap
Initial 1 Month
- Build foundational LLM agent workflows for coaching assistants.
- Retrain and deploy on-device computer vision models for pose estimation.
- Collaborate with the biomechanics lab to understand current model limitations.
- Begin contributing to backend, frontend, and mobile infrastructure.
3–6 Months
- Own AI agent pipelines end-to-end, including automated video generation.
- Develop new synthetic media workflows to scale coaching content.
- Tackle high-leverage projects driving 10x–100x growth in AI coaching capabilities.
- Optimize model performance for real-time deployment across mobile apps.
6+ Months
- Lead AI technical initiatives and mentor newer engineers.
- Define long-term AI roadmap and production standards.
- Influence company-wide technical strategy for AI-driven coaching.
- Explore new AI applications in sports simulation and synthetic media.
